Product discrepancies and/or exchanges need to be notified within 3 days after the product has arrived.
We ship using USPS or FedEx. We ship anywhere in the US and around the world with a valid shipping address. All Retail orders take from 24 to 48 hours to process, fill and ship. All Wholesale and Distributor Orders take from 24 hours to 96 to process, fill and ship. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday; we do not ship over the weekends or on Federal holidays.
The price of shipping depends on the weight of your package. Before checking out, you can click on your cart and find out the estimated shipping charges. This will provide an estimate and you can choose how you would like your order shipped!
Lash Lift Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued by Lash Lift Direct on lost packages.
All shipping options have a tracking number and can take from 1 to 10 days for you to receive your order depending on the shipping type chosen and your location.
All shipping options have a tracking number except, USPS First Class Mail International, so if you would like to follow your order along the way, choose any option except this one! First Class Mail International can take from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive.
All other shipping options generally arrive within 1 to 4 weeks depending on Customs. Please note all international customers are responsible for customs and duties of packages entering your country.
For Retail Orders, custom made item(s) are made first (typically takes from 1 to 3 weeks to manufacture custom item(s)), then the whole order is filled and the entire order is shipped out. Check custom item(s) for production time, they typically run from 1 to 3 weeks for production.
For Wholesale and Distributor Orders, the order is filled and shipped and does not include the custom made items(s). The custom made item(s) are made and will ship at a later date. Check custom item(s) for production time, they typically run from 1 to 3 weeks for production.
Add Hassle-Free Insurance to your order and never worry about lost packages again. For Domestic Orders, if you don’t receive your package within 3 weeks of estimated delivery, we will reship your package at no extra cost. For International Orders, if you don’t receive your package within 45 days of shipment, we will reship your package at no extra cost.
If you’re order is international and you choose First Class International and don’t insure the package, we don’t reship. Please insure!
Lash Lift Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that track as “Delivered”. Please check with your local USPS office or FedEx office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by Lash Lift Direct on lost packages.
If 3 days have gone by since your order was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is noted on the packing slip that is sent with every order “All order issues must be need to be reported within 3 days. All exchanges must be in as new condition, unopened.”
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been damaged during shipping this will have to be notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We have a 30 Day Warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
If an item ever arrives broken or defective we will replace the same item free of charge. Depending on the item we may request that the defective item be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
